Refugee Tales at Glasgow Women’s Library

On 27th June, a solidarity walk with those who have experienced indefinite detention left Kelvindale train station, and marched to Glasgow Women’s Library. This was followed by a “Refugee Tales” event at the Women’s Library – wherein a video recording of ‘The Smuggled Person’s Tale’ as told to Jackie Kay, read by actor Nima Teleghani, was played, followed by a reading and discussion with Sameena Zehra.
