Zagros Community (Scottish Kurdish Association)

Zagros Community, an asylum seeker and refugee-led community organisation for Kurdish refugees and asylum seekers in Scotland works to tackle the poverty, exclusion and discrimination faced by their community. The organisation values celebrating diversity and integration as a means to tackle social isolation and celebrate community. In order to do this, Zagros promotes Kurdish heritage and culture as well as human rights, improved education, access to healthcare and support for women.
