Outdoors For You believes that everyone should have the opportunity to spend time in nature and outdoor regardless of age, gender, health, fitness, ethnicity and beliefs. It has been proven that having an active lifestyle and spending time outdoor in nature can have a significant impact on a person’s health and mental wellbeing. It is important that everyone in our community have the opportunity to spend time in nature and thereby gain the benefits from nature and outdoor activities.
Our aim is to help all community, and especially minority ethnic groups, asylum seekers and Refugee and EU migrants, to improve physical and mental wellbeing by offering opportunities to spend more time outdoors in nature. We organise different types of activities such as city park walks, hiking, hillwalking, cycling, football, volleyball, running, camping, wellbeing workshops and more.

Promote social inclusion and community engagement of the BAME and EU communities through outdoor/indoor activities.
