Drumchapel Friendship House

Drumchapel Friendship House is a local ecumenical project offering services to migrant families. Through our work we provide support for the individual and collective empowerment of asylum seekers and refugees in Drumchapel and surrounding areas. Challenge isolation and loneliness through the provision of weekly meetings for asylum seekers and refugees to come together, build connections and allow relationships to grow. Prevention of poverty relief through the provision of food and clothing donations. The advancement of education working in partnership with Glasgow Clyde College for the facilitation of ESOL classes. Signpost asylum seekers and refugees to relevant organisations for support and guidance and also partnership work with various community organisations in Drumchapel.
