The children of the Serve2020 Zoom Club invite you once again to celebrate with us. Remember last year’s virtual world tour? We loved having you journey with us!

This year we’re inviting you to the launch of our storybooks. We’ll introduce you to characters of our own creation and narratives you’ve never heard before.

Where

Our book launch, featuring story booklets and an exhibition of our artwork, takes place on Saturday, 18 June, 3-4pm at Glenburn Baptist Church, Paisley PA2 8NF

Zoom Club online events:

  • Zoom Club Juniors: Monday, 20 June, 3.30-4pm
  • Zoom Club: Tuesday, 21 June, 5-6pm
  • Zoom Club Too: Wednesday, 22 June, 5-6pm

About Serve2020 – Zoom Clubs:

The Zoom Club launched during the first lockdown, to help children from Renfrewshire’s Syrian community stay connected during the pandemic. During the last year, they have organised and presented a five-course Burns Supper; read all about pantomimes and visited the theatre to see one – “Oh, yes they have!”; learned circus tricks and visited the Big Kids’ Circus; held an Italian film night; taken part in a creative writing workshop at Paisley Book Festival; and so much more…
