Sharing Our Story

By Ignite Theatre
Join Ignite Juniors for a short performance. Our young people have been working together to explore topics that are important to them. They are looking forward to sharing their stories, thoughts and feelings about the world they live in. There will also be an exert from a radio play called The Hunger and Me.
This family-friendly performance will celebrate cultural diversity, be thought-provoking and will inspire all those who get to see it.
Knightswood Community Centre, 201 Alderman Rd, Glasgow, G13 3DD
Places are limited. To book your free ticket please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
About Ignite Theatre:
Ignite provides meaningful opportunities for those at the margins of society to participate in high-quality drama and art workshops. We work with children and young people from 3 to 24 years of age and our activities are free to attend.
Our Arts Programme is helping to transform the lives of those most disadvantaged and discriminated against in our society by making arts accessible to all, bringing communities together to embrace diversity, challenge inequality and create social change.
Ignite was founded by a group of young Asylum Seekers in 2010 to combat the prejudice and racism in the community they found themselves in, after being resettled by the Home Office to Knightswood.
