Rise Pop-up Restaurant is a social enterprise which serves food designed and cooked by refugees living in Glasgow. From Iranian tahdig to Syrian and Palestinian salads laced with pomegranate, sumac and za’atar, North African meat stews to Iraqi knafa, there should be something for all tastes. BYOB.
