One World Ceilidh

by North Glasgow Integration Network (NGIN)
Wednesday 20 June 2018, 18:00 - 21:00

You are warmly invited to North Glasgow Integration Network’s One World Ceilidh, a fun-filled family event for all in the G21 area of Glasgow. There will be international music, lots of dancing, children’s activities, shared food and live performances. Bring some food to share & maybe wear national clothes from your own country.

The main aims and objectives of North Glasgow Integration Network  (NGIN) are to listen to the needs of asylum seekers and refugees who are located in North East Glasgow communities and, in collaboration with partner agencies, to offer as much support as possible to raise awareness of the services available. They aim to help them to feel safe, to have the confidence to do their best to integrate with the host community and to have an improved quality of life. NGIN offers a forum where information, skills, knowledge and good practice can be shared in response to issues affecting the settlement and integration of asylum seekers and refugees in this wide and diverse geographical area.
