About the event
We are excited to let you know about our precious online community where we share our concerns, our cultures, our crafts and our cooking!
At the start of the pandemic, in February 2020, we were fortunate enough to obtain a National Lottery grant to provide English classes to empower New Scots women and give them a voice in Scottish society.
An online book group started and is still going strong and has morphed into a multidimensional support group. In this workshop we have two aims; to share the fascinating stories of our community members who have demonstrated great resilience and empathy in this pandemic and to share some of the activities that we engage in.
