The Voices of Hope exhibition provides a platform for Ukrainian children’s and young people’s voices to be heard and, in doing so, celebrates triumph over adversity, creating a channel for other people to identify with these shared experiences and reinforcing a sense of community and solidarity. Featuring a collection of poems written by Ukrainian young people as part of SCILT’s Mother Tongue Other Tongue poetry competition, this online video exhibition has been created as a worldwide platform to showcase the creative and emotive writing of young people who have very recently become refugees. To launch this exhibition, we are hosting an in-person event for the children themselves, their families and teachers to showcase and celebrate Refugee Festival Scotland 2023.

Both in person and online. More info can be found here.
