Set in the beautiful 16th century Kirk of Calder, a group of outstanding Ukrainian artists will perform in a free concert to showcase the richness of Ukrainian music, dance, photography and culture. An opportunity to bring comfort and joy to both Ukrainian and Scottish families in West Lothian and for all to continue to stand hand-in-hand with Ukraine. Expect heavenly vocals from Vlad Melentiev, Karina Cherviakova and Vika Yasynska as well as virtuoso playing by the Culture Code String Quartet and pianist Kristina Avalian. Then add beauty and grace from the Kvity Ukraini (Ukrainian Flowers) Dance Troupe, and poignancy from the photographs and video by renowned photojournalist Vika Yasynska as well as paintings by Ira Andreichuk.
