Standing Tall Scotland, and Guardianship Scotland are proud to unveil a vibrant new mural co-created by visual artist Ursula Kam-Ling Cheng and a group of young people from displaced backgrounds living in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
The work is a powerful expression of hope and strength, and the process enabled young people to connect to one another and co-create a piece of art that reflects the richness of their cultures and perspectives.
Cheng, a leading mural artist, has captured the creativity, curiosity and innovation of the young people in this large-scale mural, and it provides a rare opportunity to see the potential of a group of young artists who are underrepresented in the Scottish arts scene.
No booking required. The mural can be viewed free of charge during The Music Hall opening hours.
This is a celebration of all the young people supported by Standing Tall Scotland and Guardianship Scotland.
The mural is also exhibited as part of Light the Blue 2025. With thanks to Aberdeen Performing Arts.
