“Rooted Here” is a community storytelling and cultural celebration event highlighting the journeys, resilience, and contributions of African and Caribbean refugees living in Scotland. Through personal stories, spoken word, cultural expression, and open conversation, the event will create a welcoming space for people from different backgrounds to connect, reflect, and celebrate shared humanity.
Hosted as part of Refugee Festival Scotland 2026, this event is free and open to all.
