Scotland’s most diverse football event is back!
The much-loved Refugee Festival Football Tournament will return with a new name reflecting the global talent on show.
Refugee World Cup Scotland 2024 will bring together hundreds of players hailing from scores of nations, including refugees, asylum seekers, migrants and those born and raised in Scotland.
Organised by the charity Glasgow Afghan United, the annual event is brimming with footballing talent. Competition is fierce and the power of football to unite us all is clear to see.
The event removes cultural, language, ethnic, national, religious and other barriers to integration and participation and has the support of the Scottish Unity Football League and other partners.
