An uplifting sharing event from Glasgow Life ESOL Intermediate Learners engaged in our Creative Writing programme. Participants from across the city, all at different places on their journey, share a glimpse of their lives and culture through storytelling and poetry. The work has been produced through a series of workshops. Enjoy a Scottish Quiz hosted by our Book Group, and participate in a Glasgow debut screening and discussion of the international award winning short animation My Babushka Smokes a Pipe (2020) with writer/director Ivan Pavlov.
The event will be scribed by a visual artist. To register contact Carol McCallion – glasgowslearning.esol@glasgowlife.org.uk.
