NewScots BookTok Live! BookTok event, where young people talk about their chosen books and present their TikTok videos about them, celebrating their love of reading. Attendees will also have the chance to act as a production crew at the live event where adults and children can bring their favourite books to create short BookTok videos about the characters, settings, styles, themes, and plots. Completed videos will be projected at the event, and will be shared with readers.
The event will have space for people to share tea and coffee together celebrating each other, their loved books, and writers’ creativity.
