This will be the sixth year we have held the event where two of our Kinross Colts youth teams and six refugee teams play in a 7-a-side football tournament. We will welcome these new Scots – unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and young people living in Perth, Edinburgh, Dundee, Fife, Angus and Aberdeen to our football club to celebrate our shared love of football. We aim to promote integration by bringing our Kinross kids together with the refugee kids and allow them to mix together on and off the park to share their experiences and interests, have fun and form friendships.
