FOSS & Callendar House invite you to join us for a lunchtime workshop with FOSS Manager Dr Sarah Stewart making welcome cards for new arrivals over refreshments.
By exploring what makes us feel welcome, how we welcome others, as well as traditions of hospitality in other places around the world, Sarah will help us think of things to write and draw. FOSS will bring the cards and art supplies.
Callendar House also hosts the exhibition ‘Somewhere To Stay’ by Diana Foster which we invite you to visit! It explores forced migration through arts & the personal story of the artist’s mother from Word War II amid today’s context of ongoing displacement.
Feel free to bring friends, family and colleagues.
