Ignite is pleased to present two original short films that we believe are both thought-provoking and inspiring.
“Sunshine” is a short film produced by Ignite Theatre in 2022. It sensitively explores the relationship between an African father and daughter in Scotland as they come to terms with bereavement.
The second film is a short documentary about Jean Donnachie, a Glasgow woman who led protests against dawn raids and the deportation of asylum seeker families.
Following the screenings, there will be a brief Q&A session with some of the key individuals involved in the creation of these films.
