Please come along yourself or with family and friends for a free, fun community celebration day in Dundee’s Baxter Park!
You are invited to bring food to share and to join us for an exciting family day celebrating the amazing contribution made by New Scots to Dundee and Scotland. We want to recognise the skills, knowledge and dedication of those settled in Scotland or looking to make Dundee their home.
There will be Loose Parts Play, face painting, henna, music, football, arts and more! Partners including McManus Galleries, DCA, Urban Releaf, Amina Muslim Women’s Resource Centre, How it Felt, RSPB, Dundee Amnesty International Group and Dundee International Women’s Centre will be present on the day. Find out about local organisations and refugee assisting groups in the city.
All ages and communities are welcome at this event to share culture by bringing people together.
This is an open event which does not require booking. For questions please contact neil@scrapantics.co.uk
