75 Years of Hope, Welcome and Belonging.
This is a community-led indoor celebration marking the 75th anniversary of the Refugee Convention as part of Refugee Festival Scotland 2026.
Bringing together refugees, asylum seekers and residents, the event will feature a collaborative banner-making activity, shared food from different countries and a reflection wall for messages of hope. This welcoming space celebrates cultural diversity, strengthens connections and builds a shared future rooted in dignity and belonging.
