Our event consists of four parts, three of which will be creative activities we will post on social media for people to do at home.

These will centre around food, music, and language. At the end of the three activities, we will be holding a final online workshop that will include a short meditation followed by an art activity. The workshop will be led by community and self-care artist Maria.
