Art Speaks All Languages

by Bilingualism Matters
Friday 28 June 2019, 15:00 - 17:00

The Edinburgh Alwaleed Centre and Bilingualism Matters are hosting an exhibition of art works created by members of the Syrian refugee community in Edinburgh, reflecting on language and the sense of home. These personal and individual experiences will hopefully inspire viewers to reflect on their own experiences and understanding of bilingualism, refugee languages and integration.

Tea, coffee and refreshments will be available.

This is a free but ticketed event. Book here.

There are steps at the entrance of the building, but arrangements for access can be made. If you have access requirements, please contact the School’s Facilities Manager at or call 0131 650 8393.

The bathrooms are accessible on the Ground Floor, where the event will take place.
