Seeds of Hope

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is partnering with @urbanrootsGLA to host the “Hope in the Garden” event at Shields Community Garden as part of Refugee Week from June 16 to 25, 2023. We invite all asylum seekers and refugees to join us on June 20th from 12:30 to 3 pm to enjoy our calming and therapeutic garden. You can check out the herbs and vegetables we grow in the Shields Garden located at 80 McCulloch St, Glasgow G41 1N. You can participate in a “Grow Your Own” taster session. Additionally, we’ll be hosting a “Mental Health Awareness Session” amidst the garden’s greenery. Travel expenses will be covered if requested.
