Honey Mango Community Celebration

A wider community gathering and celebration of the Pakistani Mango hosted with Rumpus Room’s lead artists Hussein Mitha and Ragini Chawla, in partnership with Glasgow Life Museums, OSCH Changemakers and Uronto.

This event held as part of a workshop series in which young people of South Asian heritage are exploring the political and nostalgic sides of the Pakistani honey mango. The group at Rumpus Room is exploring connections between cultural heritage and food; creating an exchange of experiences with project partners Uronto, an Artist-Led Open Collective in Bangladesh.
