Festival of Migration

Celebrating the wonderful cultures and positive contribution of migrant communities to our neighbourhood and city in a packed weekend festival programme which includes: artist in residence community projects in Polish, Cantonese, Arabic, English, Persian, and local cultural groups to showcase their heritage and advocacy. The Festival will be opened by Alexandra Xanthaki, UN Special Rapporteur on cultural rights and we invite you to have your say and take part in our citizens conversation on cultural rights for migrant communities. We’re thrilled to have the support of the City of Edinburgh Council to make this celebration of diversity and creativity possible.
