Colonialism has influenced our perceptions of ourselves and the world around us, this has led to a disconnection from our bodies, our communities, and the natural world. Capitalism and colonialism are deeply interconnected, as they have both been used to maintain systems of power and control throughout history.

This workshop is an immersive experience where together we will explore and interrogate our own relationships to the internalised beliefs and attitudes that perpetuate colonialism and can be found in our capitalist structures relating to our mental health and wellbeing.

The workshop will include activities, games, discussions and a chance to reflect, a place where we come together in collaboration for an engaging and thought-provoking session. This is about challenging the productivity trap, interrogating western wellness practices and reclaiming agency, rest, wisdom and ways of being that are outside the systems of oppression.

Cake and compassion included. Tickets are pay as you can, please book here.
