Networking sessions for event organisers
This May, we’re holding two networking sessions for people taking part in Refugee Festival Scotland 2025.
These gatherings are open to anyone who is involved in organising events and activities as part of this year’s festival programme.
Networking sessions
Come along for the chance to meet other event organisers, share some food, hear from the festival team, and get top tips to help you promote your Refugee Festival Scotland event.

- Printed materials: what we’ll send you and how to use it
- Advice to help you run a successful event
- Tips to help you promote your event on social media
- Photographing the festival: taking and sharing photos at your event
- Sharing positive stories and working with the media

Session 1: in-person
